Samsung folds? – Deal reached with Research in Motion over BlackJack

In an update to an earlier post regarding the suit by Research in Motion Ltd. against Samsung Electronics Co. with respect to Samsung’s mark BlackJack, the parties have apparently reached a deal. CBC shoots and scores in domain name dispute

Google’s German Domain Name Kidnapped

According to recent reports, Google’s German domain, google.de, was temporarily kidnapped. Unbeknownst to Google, the Internet address of google.de and the page name were transferred to a new ISP.
